Acceptable Use Policy

1. Why it exists

This Policy keeps MoonKart safe for merchants, buyers, and the internet at large. It forms part of the Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, feature limits, suspension, or termination — with notice where circumstances allow.

2. Prohibited content and goods

• Counterfeit goods, stolen items, or any product infringing trademarks or copyrights.
• Weapons, controlled substances, or prescription drugs sold without authorization.
• Adult content involving minors in any form, or non-consensual intimate content.
• Hate speech, harassment, or content that promotes violence against protected groups.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading claims (fake reviews, false endorsements, scam funnels).
• Malware, phishing kits, exploit code, or services designed to compromise others.

3. Prohibited behavior

• Attempting to access other tenants' data, probing security, or evading rate limits.
• Reverse-engineering the platform except to the extent permitted by law.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email or SMS using MoonKart tooling (CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance required).
• Crypto mining, resource abuse, or using the platform as general-purpose file hosting.
• Circumventing payment processing to avoid fees, chargebacks, or reporting.
• Registering domains or subdomains for typosquatting or impersonation.

4. AI usage rules

Do not use MoonAI to generate unlawful content, impersonate real people to defraud, create disinformation campaigns, or produce code designed to harm. You remain responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing.

5. Enforcement

• We review reports at support@moonkart.online and dmca@moonkart.online.
• Urgent legal or safety matters: legal@moonkart.online.
• We may act immediately for imminent harm, and provide appeal paths for other cases.
• Enforcement decisions consider severity, intent, history, and legal obligation.

6. Changes

We may update this Policy as risks evolve; material changes follow the notice process in the Terms.
