How to report copyright infringement on MoonKart — and how to counter-notice a claim against your content.
1. Our commitment
MoonKart respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We respond to valid notices and terminate repeat infringers' accounts.
2. Filing a takedown notice
Email dmca@moonkart.online with a notice that includes: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (c) the URL of the infringing material on a MoonKart-hosted site; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act.
3. What happens next
- We acknowledge notices within 2 business days.
- Valid notices: the material is removed or disabled and the publisher is notified.
- Counter-notices: if the publisher believes the use was lawful, they may counter-notice with a statement and consent to jurisdiction; we forward it to you, and material may be restored in 10–14 business days unless you file an action.
4. Repeat infringement
Accounts that receive multiple valid infringement notices may be terminated, consistent with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable safe-harbour requirements.
5. Misrepresentation warning
Knowingly materially misrepresenting infringement or non-infringement may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees. Consider seeking legal advice before filing.
6. Trademark and other complaints
Trademark or other IP complaints: email legal@moonkart.online with the registration details, the offending URLs, and your authority to act.
